We never ask for payment card details, government ID numbers or sensitive personal information.
3. Why we use it and on what basis
- Running the website, the User Area and the game, and delivering offers you claim, because we need to in order to provide the service you signed up for.
- Answering messages and sending service emails such as sign-in links, as part of that service or in our legitimate interest in replying to you.
- Understanding how the website is used and measuring advertising, only with your consent.
- Preventing fraud and duplicate offer claims, in our legitimate interest in keeping the offer fair.
Marketing emails are opt-in only, and each one has an unsubscribe link.
4. Measuring our advertising
When you accept cookies, we may share limited information with advertising partners such as Google and Meta so we can see which campaigns work. If an email address is used for this, it is hashed first (converted into a one-way code), and only after you have given consent.
5. Who processes your information, and where
We rely on trusted providers for hosting, email delivery and analytics. Some of them process data outside your country, for example in the United States or the European Union. Where the law requires it, we use recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. We do not sell personal information.
6. Security and how long we keep it
We protect personal information with access controls and encrypted connections. Magic links work once and expire soon after they are sent. We keep information only for as long as the purposes above need it, then delete or anonymise it.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to show you, correct, export or delete your personal information, object to or limit some uses, and withdraw consent at any time. Make a request through our contact form. You also have the right to complain to the data-protection authority where you live.
