1. Who these terms are for
These terms cover your use of speedsportsaction.com (the “website”), pre-registration for SpeedSportsAction: Action City Cup (the “game”), your User Area account and any Welcome Offer, promotion or event we run. Using the website means you accept them. If you don’t, please stop using the website.
2. Your account
- You sign up with an email address that you own and can access. We sign you in by sending a magic link to it.
- If local law says you are too young to accept online terms yourself, a parent or guardian must accept them on your behalf.
- Each person may hold one account. Keep your inbox secure, because anyone who can open it can open your sign-in links.
- We can suspend accounts created by bots, used for fraud or used to claim the same offer more than once.
3. About the game
SpeedSportsAction: Action City Cup is a free-to-play 5-a-side street football game for web browsers. It is in pre-registration and can’t be played on this website yet. The pitches, characters, modes, events and dates we describe are our current plans and may change before or after launch.
4. Welcome Offer, promotions and prizes
- The pre-registration Welcome Offer is 7,500 Kick Shards, Flick as a playable character, the Shatterline kit, 3 Turbo Sprints, 5 Ankle Guards, the Street Skills Guide and a Founding Captain armband. It is free and limited to one per person and per account.
- Signing up reserves the offer on your account. It is delivered in three drops (day 1, day 3 and day 7 after launch), which you collect by signing in to your User Area.
- Rooftop Cup Night prizes, bonuses and other promotions are explained in the game or on the website, with their conditions and closing dates.
- We may change or withdraw an offer where the law requires it, to stop abuse, or for reasons outside our reasonable control. Items already delivered stay on your account unless they were obtained through abuse.
5. Kick Shards and in-game items
Kick Shards, characters, kits, power-ups, armbands, trophies and other in-game items give you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use them in the game. They have no monetary value, can’t be exchanged for cash or real-world goods, and can’t be sold, traded or moved to another account.
6. Playing fair
No cheating, bug exploits, bots or unauthorised software, no harassment of other players and no interference with the game or the website. Results achieved unfairly may be removed from cup brackets and leaderboards.
7. Our content
The SpeedSportsAction name and logo, the characters (including Flick, Rumble and Hoot), artwork, text and code belong to us or our licensors. Don’t copy or reuse them without our written permission. You may share screenshots and clips of your own matches for personal, non-commercial use.
SpeedSportsAction is a sub-brand of Sportsbet.io. The Sportsbet.io name is a trademark of its owner.
8. Your rights as a consumer
These terms don’t take away any right or remedy you have under consumer protection laws that apply to you and can’t be excluded. Within those limits, the website and the game are provided “as is”, and to the extent the law allows we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss.

How we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
10. Updates to these terms
We may revise these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the revised terms.
